Achieve growth and hit sales targets by identifying, developing and closing new deals in your region via direct sales, remote presentations, calls, networking and marketing referrals
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Collaborate with marketing and/or the sales manager in developing and implementing targeted sales- and marketing plans in order to feed the sales funnel
Support new customers with training and setup-services to achieve a smooth onboarding experience
Capture customer feedback and opportunities to innovate while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Update and manage the pipeline and prepare sales forecasts
As the European leader of sourcing and booking court locations, we are expanding globally and fast. To support development of our company, we are now looking for a self-starting German-speaking star to join our Growth Team as a Partnership Development Manager. As an integral part of our international team, you will be primarily responsible for finding and communicating with new partners that own exciting clubs and facilities and offer to connect them with our solutions and international network. You will be working alongside senior management so you will be a hard-working and articulate team player that can work at a fast pace and is passionate about changing the landscape of the Sports Industry.
This is a valuable position that will teach you the ins- and outs of effective partnership communication, invaluable business skills and know-how to successfully build and grow a start-up. It will take you around the different aspects of building a business, while connecting and collaborating with partners. We are looking for people who can start immediately on an on-going basis.

Strong verbal communication skills, personable and commercially-minded
Excellent writing skills for email and external communication with partners
Target-focused, high-energy, entrepreneurial and hardworking self-starter
Experience working in sales or communication is a plus
Ability to work both independently and within a team
Smart, intuitive and strict attention to detail
An interest in tennis and racket sports is a plus
Fluency in German is a must-have, strong English skills a large plus
